Join us for a very special event—CAKE FEAST—a collaborative event by friends, Erin and Cig, in celebration of Mother's Day, spring and Cig’s books, Emerald Drifters & Blue Violet, which explore sensory experience and the ephemeral nature of light, pigment, and vision...all paired with a feast of cakes made by Erin and The Lost Kitchen.

One lunchtime in January—deep winter in Maine—they sat around Cig’s kitchen table brainstorming how to make this event truly immersive. What started as a simple book signing grew into a into a full maximalist extravaganza: decadent, wild cakes; pewter candles; bowls overflowing with cherries and pomegranates; strawberries and cream dripping over the edges.
Though Erin and Cig work in different mediums—food and photography—they’re deeply connected by their reverence for Maine and their shared desire to elevate the everyday. Both are driven to create moments of beauty that pull people fully into the present. Be here, now.
