SHIPPING

Our shipping policies

We try our best to ship all packages within 1-4 business days of receipt of the order from our little shop in Freedom, Maine. Please allow up to 7 business days of additional processing time for orders placed during holidays.

We ship all orders using either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on cost and location. If you have a preference of shipping service, please let us know in the notes section of your order, or contact us via email. If you need to receive your order quickly, please select either UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express shipping options. All orders placed with Expedited shipping will be prioritized and sent out the same day if the order is received before 12pm Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). All other orders are processed in the order that they are received.

Please double check that the correct shipping address is entered before placing your order.

Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery method, location and dimensional weight of package. Handling fees are factored into our shipping rates.

Missing Packages

If you've received an email stating your package has been delivered, but your package isn't at your door, please check around all exterior areas of your home. Please also check in with neighbors, roommates, or apartment mailroom/front desk if they may have received it for you.

If after three days, your package has still not been located/delivered, please contact us at orders@findthelostkitchen.com with your name & order number, so we may file a claim to launch an investigation and take the next steps in resolving this for you.

Please allow up to 7 business days of additional shipping time in cases of extreme weather events that may cause widespread delays.

Damaged Items

If you’ve received a package with any contents that are damaged, please promptly take photos of the damaged item(s), as well as photos of the interior & exterior packaging, so that we may submit a shipping claim. We offer replacements for items that are damaged in shipment when possible, or refund if necessary. Contact us at orders@findthelostkitchen.com with your name, order number, and all available photos so that we can help resolve this for you.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you’ve received an order with incorrect or missing items, please contact us at orders@findthelostkitchen.com so we can help resolve this for you.

RETURNS

Our return policies

Eligible returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt of your package. 

Some items may be ineligible for returns or exchanges. These items include: All ‘well-being collection’  products, all ‘pantry collection’ products, all 'handmade & small batch', all sale items, and gift cards.

Please note: Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

To submit a return request, please use the link below and sign in with the email address associated with your order. If you would like to return items that were a gift, please contact us directly so that we can assist you with this process. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for your return request to be processed. Once accepted, you will receive an email with your return instructions along with a pre-paid return shipping label to use to send the package from your local post office. All items should be returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were sent.

Once we have received your returned items and confirmed the condition, your refund will be processed and you will receive a notification. If your return request is denied, we will contact you directly to inform you of this decision.
