
MAPLE MANHATTAN
MAKES 1 COCKTAIL
2 ounces whisky
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Cherries soaked in syrup, such as Amarena, Luxardo, or liquor soaked fresh cherries, if you can find them, for garnish.
Combine the whiskey, vermouth, maple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a cherry.
