Sel de Maldon - This magnificent salt originates, as its name suggests, from the city of Maldon in England, in the Blackwater River estuary. It is surely one of the best sea salts - it is a subtle, delicate and refined. To crystallize this sea salt, drying is carried out at low temperature, the result is a bright white while maintaining its richness in trace elements.

Guérande Sea Salt - The famous sea salt from Guérande has been harvested for more than 2000 years by Breton salt farmers in the old fashioned way. The salt fields consist of grayish-blue clay. It releases important minerals and trace elements into the fleur de sel and gives this Atlantic sea salt its unique grayish color and incomparable taste.

  • Tips for use: Guérande sea salt is a table salt with a marked salinity and is suitable for most dishes. Due to its high residual humidity, it is only suitable for the salt mill under certain conditions.
