• Clean with warm soapy water, avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes as this may scratch the surface. Use lemon juice to remove stains. 
• Outer porcelain layer may chip if dropped, revealing the steel beneath which naturally oxidizes and the enamelware remains safe to use. Perhaps, in our opinion, giving it a little more character as well!
